A vision for worship equipping
Our vision to do to equip, reproduce, and send 4,000 worship leaders.
Our worship equipping program is designed to help worship leaders grow in their understanding of worship theology and the practical skills needed to lead worship effectively. We also provide resources and coaching to help worship leaders develop their own unique style and voice, so that they can lead in a way that is both authentic and effective.
We believe that worship leaders have the power to inspire, encourage, and lead people into the presence of God, and we're committed to helping them do just that. Whether you're just starting out as a worship leader or you're an experienced worship leader looking to take your ministry to the next level, we're here to help you grow and thrive in your calling. Let's work together to create powerful, transformative worship experiences that bring glory to God and inspire people to live out their faith with passion and purpose.
Why 4,000?
King David did incredible things for God, Israel, and worship.
He wrote and composed more than half of the songs of worship in the book of Psalms.
During his reign, David brought the Ark of the Covenant, the presence of God, back into the temple.
As David concludes his leadership as king over Israel, he mobilized 4,000 worship leaders to minister in the house of the Lord. They were commissioned to both honor God directly and inspire others to worship Him, they pursued this goal.
The Herewithin Network dreams of equipping and mobilizing ministry leaders who are commissioned to both honor God and inspire others to worship.
We recognize that 4,000 is a ridiculous and impossible number on our, and it is because of this that we rely on God and our value of reproducing disciple-making to make this happen.
What is a worship leader?
We believe that a worship leader is more than having a good voice and being willing to stand in front of people. This understanding of a worship leader narrows the ability for people to fully activate their calling based on their gifts and passions. It is because of this that we define a worship leader in the following way:

someone who is an equipper and disciple-maker in the ministry of the creative arts.

Equipping.
Worship is an essential part of church life, and that worship leaders play a critical role in creating a meaningful and transformative worship experience. That's why we offer training and resources specifically designed to equip worship leaders to lead with excellence, authenticity, and passion. We provide you with the tools and methods to develop a worship ministry that is deeply rooted in the theology of the church and promotes reproducing disciple-making.

Reproducing.
Equipping worship leaders is not the end of our mission; it is the beginning. At Herewithin, we believe in the call to be reproducing disciple-makers. This means that our vision for our worship initiative includes a commitment to reproducing disciple-making within their ministry context. Part of this is a comprehensive evaluation of a worship leader's musical skills, leadership abilities, personality, and APEST.

We believe that worship leaders have a unique opportunity to impact the lives of people through their music, leadership, and example, and we're committed to helping them develop a heart for discipleship and evangelism.
